Hi there.
Today, instead of heading off on another trip,
I’m your travel blogger, Sseoz,as always.
And rather than introducing a new destination,
I’m taking a little trip to meet the version of “me” that AI sees.
Lately, I’ve been chatting with ChatGPT a lot,
and at some point, this question popped into my head:
“What kind of person does ChatGPT think I am?”
So I asked it to describe me as a single image—
like a flower, a color, the weather, or even a food.
The answers fit me better than I expected,
and reading the reasons behind them was surprisingly fun.
I thought this would be such a fun thing to try
with a friend or your partner and compare results,
so I’m sharing the exact ChatGPT prompts I used.

What kind of person does ChatGPT think I am?
First, I started in my usual ChatGPT chat thread
so it could answer based on our previous conversations.
That’s how I kicked things off.
If your account already has a decent chat history,
you’ll probably get results that feel more like you.
If you’re using it for the first time,
you can still do this by briefly sharing
your personality, preferences, and the things you like before you begin.
Start by entering this sentence:
From now on, answer my questions in one word.
(From now on, answer what I ask in one word.)
Then take the questions below
and ask them one by one in order.
It’s more fun this way than sending everything at once—
if you wait for each answer before moving on,
the whole experience feels a lot more entertaining.

What answers did I get from ChatGPT?
I tried the ChatGPT personality questions above
one by one, in that exact order.
Here’s what ChatGPT gave me:
Flower | Sunflower
Color | Coral
Weather | Sunshine
Food | Tteokbokki, spicy Korean rice cakes
Vibe | Vibrant
Personality | Passionate
Strength | Creativity
Weakness | Overthinking
Greatest joy | Discovery
What it thinks of me | Inspiring

Sunflower, coral, and sunshine
all felt bright and warm overall,
so those were somewhat easy to imagine.
But when tteokbokki suddenly showed up,
I honestly laughed.
Then I read the explanation,
and it said I felt familiar and comforting,
but also had a bold, unmistakable personality,
which is why it chose that answer.
The more I thought about it, the more I kind of loved it.

Ask ChatGPT why it chose each answer
If you stop at the one-word answers, it feels a little incomplete,
so at the end, ask this:
Now explain why you chose each answer.
(Now explain, one by one, why you thought that.)
ChatGPT described me as someone like a sunflower.
It said I have bright, lively energy,
and when I find a goal I truly care about,
I keep my eyes on it and move steadily in that direction.
It said coral represents a warm, approachable feeling
while still being vivid and full of personality,
and it picked creativity as my biggest strength.

On the flip side, it chose overthinking as my weakness.
It said that because I want to create better results,
I tend to focus on even the smallest details,
and sometimes that ends up exhausting me—which felt a little too accurate.
It also said that my greatest joy isn’t just travel itself,
but the process of discovery—
learning about new places, information, people, and creative directions for content.
Finally, it said I’m someone who doesn’t stop at just thinking,
but expands life and work in my own way,
and inspires the people around me too.
The whole response felt warmer than I expected,
and honestly, it put me in a good mood.

Is ChatGPT personality analysis actually accurate?
Of course, this ChatGPT personality analysis
isn’t a professional personality test or psychological assessment.
The result can change depending on your past conversations with ChatGPT
and the way you ask and answer questions.
So rather than treating it as an exact analysis,
I think it makes more sense to see it as
the image of you that AI has picked up
through your conversations so far.
It was fun because it gave me a light way to reflect on
the kinds of stories I tell often,
the worries I keep circling back to,
and what I like and value most.

I also recommend trying this with a friend or your partner
It’s fun to do alone,
but it could be even better if you guess each other’s answers first
and then compare them with ChatGPT’s results.
Especially with questions about flowers, colors, or weather,
where there’s no single right answer,
it opens up a fun conversation about
how the other person sees you too.
So what flower did you get,
and what color came up for you?
Tell me which answer you loved most,
and which one totally surprised you,
in the comments.
Every moment of the journey, together
